How to Prepare for your Appointment with Dr. Tim Rosio

Dr. Rosio and his staff share from their website a few helpful tips about how to prepare for your first appointment.

Be sure to show up early. Be prepared to fill out initial patient registration paperwork, and allot time before your first appointment to complete this paperwork in Dr. Rosio's office.

Bring the following:

Your insurance card
Referral forms (if applicable)
List of all prescription and over-the-counter medications that you are currently taking
Any required co-payment
Pertinent medical and surgical history information

Being prepared can help the doctor stay on schedule, and create shorter waiting room queues.

Timothy J. Rosio, M.D., board certified dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology, and cosmetic surgeon, trained at Stanford University Medical Center.
